According to the fresh LLB graduate, the University of Ghana Legal Counsel “Lacks Probative Value” for coming out with a memorandum that alleges the non existence of the SRC Judicial Board. Her lawyers argues that, the Legal Council of the University of Ghana failed to prove that the SRC Judicial Board was not in existence. This was contained in a defense filed by Lawyer of the embattled Chief Justice at the Accra High Court on 10th January 2022.
